CCS Ltd (Clarke’s Contracting Services Limited) was formed following the transition from an established family run concern with over 50 years experience. The directors and management have years of experience and extensive background knowledge in the construction industry, we have built a reputation as a professional company and enhanced this working alongside many major construction / refurbishment / development companies within the UK. CCS continues to invest in skilled and highly affective management teams through to experienced site operatives to maintain the highest level of service. Through regular reviews of our employees and site performance, we ensure to provide quality and attention to detail throughout our ongoing works.

This therefore makes it possible to expand within the construction industry without adverse affect.

That is why we exclusively use our own skilled personnel who conform to our quality systems and management procedures. The company’s quality management system has achieved UKAS accredited certification with the internationally recognised Quality Management Standard ISO 9001 current version.
The operation of our quality management system will ensure the achievement of the agreed requirements of our customers. It will further ensure the efficient operation of the company and ultimately all who work within it. All employees are trained in the operation of our system and are encouraged to contribute to its continued improvements.

Health & Safety

The ability to plan, perform and control any works to be carried out in a safe manner is the pre-eminent requirement of any professional contractor. This can only be achieved by ensuring that health and safety awareness is part of the corporate culture of the company. At CCS we are very conscious of the current health and safety requirements and place’s the highest importance upon the training and re-training of all employees to comply with our obligations under the Health & Safety at work acts.

We are experienced in carrying out risk assessments and COSHH assessments and complying with CDM Regulations. Our approach continues to provide the company with a good health and safety record, which is evident by safety awards and accreditations being achieved.

Continual Support

Our professional onsite teams are supported by our experienced site foreman’s, contracts managers through to directors. Everyone is committed to delivering the highest standards of quality and service. Our aim is not only to meet, but to exceed client’s expectations.

Training

Our on site teams are often working in difficult and dangerous environments, therefore excellent training is paramount. We have a dedicated training co-ordinator who ensures that all relevant skills and qualifications are kept up to date by means of our ongoing training matrix.
